A reminder to all members and guests at Southport Sharks, we have had several near misses of children interacting with cars in the past month, with
cars speeding around the oval. We would like to remind all members and visitors to the Sharks that the speed limit is 10 k/ph within the precinct.
With over 400 Junior players at the club training between Monday & Thursday, the car park entry from the boom gates all the way around to the cul-de-sac and Junior oval parking is a hive of activity between 4pm and 7.30pm.
Game days on Saturdays and Sundays see an influx in visitors to our venue with players moving across all three ovals. Please adhere to the localised speed limit and consider the safety of all players and families at the venue.
